Binja is a digital housing platform. It helps users discover rental listings, request viewings, manage roommate preferences, and organise housing related information.

Unless clearly stated in writing, Binja is not a landlord, property owner, estate agent, property broker, property consultant, legal adviser, financial adviser, or payment institution.

Listings are created or supplied by users, landlords, agents, property owners, or other third parties.

The person or organisation publishing a listing is responsible for ensuring that the listing is accurate, lawful, up to date, and not misleading.

Users, landlords, property owners, and agents are responsible for complying with applicable housing, lease, tax, registration, licensing, and consumer laws. Where Maltese law requires residential lease registration, licensing, or other formalities, those obligations remain with the legally responsible parties.

If a user acts as a real estate agent, property broker, branch manager, property consultant, or other property intermediary, that user is responsible for complying with Maltese licensing requirements. Binja does not verify every licence unless a specific verification badge or feature is shown.

Users can report illegal, fraudulent, unsafe, discriminatory, or misleading content through the platform or by contacting legal@binja.app.

The Binja brand, interface, design, logo, and platform content belong to Binja or its licensors. Users must not copy, reproduce, or misuse Binja’s intellectual property without permission.

Personal data is processed according to Binja’s Privacy Policy.
